The focus of this heritage reroof, along with other building works being completed to the property simultaneously, was to restore the Old Woollahra Library to its former glory. The combination of copper and lead finishes for the gutters, downpipes, ridge and hips is in keeping with the original and traditional appearance of the building. The gardens next to door to the Library are open to the public 24/7 – it’s the perfect spot for a picnic and to admire the view (and we’re not talking about the sparkling Harbour).
